Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mark Maggiori home decor and artwork; therefore, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging to maintain the integrity of the fine art materials.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective tubes or boxes, ensuring that all corner protectors and acid-free tissue paper are in place.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the returned artwork, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
